10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO:
- The amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
- Claims brought within one year of the incident
